Staff Introductions - Allese Pepperell (Receptionist)
Hi, my name is Allese Pepperell, I joined Boatscene in July this year. Some of you might have already met me, and if you haven’t yet, come and say hello next time your in store.
I moved to Cairns with my family in mid 2004 from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria... I wouldn’t go back there, even if you paid me to, Cairns is great!
I have worked in Customer Service industries over the last five years since I finished school, mostly in the hospitality and finance industries. My love of watersports and fishing, is what sparked my interest in applying to work here.
My position here at Boatscene is Receptionist which includes running the front desk, answering the phones, making sure the showroom looks great, helping our valued customers decide which is the best ski, tube, wakeboard or kneeboard for them and tell them about our fantastic range of Viking Kayaks. My position also involves talking to our supplier’s reps about what they have & their new products. I help the management staff decide what stock we carry in our huge water sports range.
We have some super specials on this month which I have included below, so come in and have a look – you might just find that perfect Chrissy present.
